World Frog Day 2025 – Kenya Herpetology Tours
Kenya is a wonderful destination for frogging tours and safaris. With over 120 species of amphibians, the country hosts some of the best herping habitats globally – such as coastal forests and beach, Equatorial lowland forests, montane forests, highland grasslands, mid-altitude savannahs; and even arid and semi-arid habitats.

On March 20th, 2025; Kenya Herpetology Tours joined millions of amphibian Biologists and enthusiasts across the globe, to mark the World Frog Day.
The online event brought together amphibian conservationists from different countries, to discuss recent projects and conservation efforts targeted at different species of frogs. Dr. Kerry Kriger, the founder of Save The Frogs, led the session. He also hosted a great Q&A session, where participants were able to engage and share knowledge.
